What this website collects
Booking and enquiry forms collect your name, phone number, email address, a short high-level reason for seeking support and confirmation that you are 18 or older. Workshop enquiries collect practical organisation and event details. Shared experiences (testimonials) are collected without your name or contact details.
Why the information is collected
The information is used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage your appointments, and handle the next steps you request. Please do not submit diagnoses, detailed personal histories or sensitive clinical information through the website.
Where information is stored
Information is transmitted securely to Firebase services configured for Inner Me Wellness. Public visitors cannot read, update or delete submitted information through the website. Only authorised team members can access it.
Analytics
The website may record privacy-conscious events such as button clicks, FAQ opens and completed forms. Sensitive free-text fields are never included in analytics events.
Retention and your rights
Resolved enquiries are deleted after a set period. You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or withdraw consent for a published experience, by emailing info.innermewellness@gmail.com.
Emergency information
Do not use this website to request emergency help. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
