Submitting a website form or WhatsApp message starts a conversation. Your appointment is confirmed only after Inner Me Wellness has agreed the service, format, date, time, fee and applicable terms with you.
Individual sessions
Individual counselling sessions are 60 minutes and cost R450. Online and in-person options remain subject to confirmed availability.
Counselling packages
Packages are available in 3, 5, 10 and 15-session options at the prices shown on the Fees page. Package deals cannot be refunded. Use your sessions within two years. These conditions will be repeated before payment.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Please contact Inner Me Wellness as early as possible if your plans change.
Under-18 enquiries
The guardian-consent and minimum-age process is still being finalised. The standard adult enquiry form does not accept submissions from a person who confirms they are under 18. A parent or guardian should contact the practice directly for guidance.
Workshops and tailored services
Workshop, group programme, corporate and tailored-service pricing is quoted according to your needs. The proposal will state the scope, fee, payment timing and change or cancellation terms.
