Your questions
What would you like to know?
If your question is not covered here, you can contact Inner Me Wellness without sharing sensitive personal details.
Ask a questionWhat happens during the first session?
The first session is a calm, collaborative conversation about what brought you to counselling and what you hope to receive from it. You can share at a pace that feels manageable.
How long is a session?
An individual counselling session is 60 minutes.
Is counselling confidential?
Your privacy is treated with care. The exact limits of confidentiality and any legally required exceptions will be explained before counselling begins.
Do you offer online sessions?
Online and in-person availability is being finalised. Please enquire by WhatsApp or through the contact form so the suitable options can be discussed with you.
Who can attend counselling?
Inner Me Wellness supports adults, couples, teenagers and young adults. The final guardian-consent process for anyone under 18 is being confirmed, so a parent or guardian should contact the practice first.
How do I book?
Send a short counselling enquiry through this website or WhatsApp. Inner Me Wellness will contact you to discuss the right service and arrange an available time. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.
What happens if I need to cancel?
The detailed cancellation policy is under final review and will be provided before an appointment is confirmed. Please give as much notice as possible if your plans change.
Can I purchase a counselling package?
Yes. Packages of 3, 5, 10 and 15 sessions are available. Packages are non-refundable and must be used within two years, subject to the final booking terms.
Can workshops be customised?
Yes. Workshop topics, format and content can be tailored to the audience, group size and organisation’s needs.
Is Inner Me Wellness an emergency service?
No. Inner Me Wellness is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
